6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
a. Scheduling Policies

b. Cancellations
Cancelations may require 24 hours advance notice to avoid fees.
c. No-Show Fees
No-shows may incur fees and temporary suspension of scheduling privileges.
d. Weather & Safety
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, maintenance, instructor availability, or any safety concerns.
7. School Enrollment
Enrollment may include:
- Initiation fees (unless waived during promotions)
- Aircraft access rules
- Scheduling priorities
We may modify pricing or benefits with reasonable notice. Memberships may be revoked for FAA violations, policy violations, safety concerns, or misconduct.
8. Aircraft Rental & Flight Training Terms
Customers renting aircraft or training must:
- Maintain valid FAA certificates, endorsements, and medicals
- Follow all safety protocols and instructor guidance
- Pay for flight time, instruction, fuel (if applicable), and fees
- Accept responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or violations
9. Payments, Billing & Refunds
a. Accepted Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select online methods.
b. Billing Authorization
By providing a payment method, you authorize charges for dues, flight time, instruction, no-show fees, damage charges, and any outstanding balances.
c. Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion. Course fees, unused flight time, and discounted services are typically non-refundable.
10. User Conduct & Safety
You agree to:
- Follow all FAA regulations and club rules
- Behave respectfully toward staff and members
- Avoid disruptive or unsafe actions
- Use aircraft and facilities appropriately
11. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, images, text, and branding—is owned by Raleigh Flying Club and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party vendors for:
- SMS delivery
- Scheduling and booking
- Payment processing
- Email marketing
- Website hosting
We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes affecting these services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
